PEANUT BUTTER CHEESECAKE"
16 oz cream cheese
1 tbs lemon juice
1 cup plain yogurt
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup peanut butter
2 tbs chopped peanuts
1/4 cup honey
1 graham cracker crust
In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except crust and chopped peanuts.
Blend until very smooth.
Pour into graham cracker crust and top with chopped peanuts.
Chill 3 hours before serving.
